New "I Am Clare County 4-H" Exhibitor Project Poster Display Contest at Fair

Great news for all Clare County 4-H participants! Enter for a chance to win $100

This year's fair will feature a brand-new contest designed to showcase the dedication and creativity of our talented 4-H youth. The "I Am Clare County 4-H" Exhibitor Project Poster Display Contest invites members to create a poster that highlights their hard work and projects, with the chance to win fantastic prizes!



Contest Details

Age Groups and Prizes:

  • Senior (Ages 15-18): $100 Cash Prize

  • Intermediate (Ages 10-14): $100 Cash Prize

  • Beginner (Ages 8-9): $100 Cash Prize

  • Cloverbuds (Ages 5-7): Participants receive a 4-H goodie bag


What to Include in Your Poster

To enter the contest, your poster must include:

  • Your Name, Age, and Club: Let everyone know who you are.

  • Your Project: Show us what you've been working on.

  • Your Effort: Tell us how hard you've been working on your project


Poster Specifications

  • Size: Posters must be no bigger than 11x14 inches.

  • Contest Title: Include the title "I Am Clare County 4-H" prominently.

  • Display Location: Posters must be displayed near your project exhibit during Fair Week.

  • Colors: Incorporate the 4-H Fair Week colors: Pink, Purple, and Gold.


This is a fantastic opportunity to share your 4-H journey with the community and to celebrate the hard work that goes into each project. Whether you’re raising a lamb, baking a cake, or crafting a quilt, your poster will help tell your story.


How to Participate

Simply create your poster according to the guidelines and ensure it is displayed near your project exhibit during Fair Week. The judges will make their rounds and select winners for each age group.


We can't wait to see the creativity and effort our 4-H members will showcase. This contest is a wonderful way to bring our community together and highlight the diverse talents within Clare County 4-H.
